Access Heritage Tours, an affiliate of Access History Web Company Limited provides live on-line service to potential travellers on its web site. These services provide valuable information concerning our tour departures and counselling to travelers, it is recommended that bookings are made online or directly with our agents. Travel confirmation information will be generated on-line only when part or full payment has been received by Access Heritage Tours. All tour prices listed are identified as either U.S. or Canadian funds per person.

Online Reservations

All bookings are real-time requests for availability and once booked will be reserved in real time from allocated inventory unless otherwise specified. The confirmation information generated shall serve as your receipt for services purchased and should be printed and stored in a safe place. The confirmation information shall serve as your preliminary travel document and all changes or cancellations will require the reservation number in order to be effected. If the booking is cancelled after acceptance of confirmation cancellation polices apply.

Payment Policies

All tours and excursions require posted payment upon booking and shall only be deemed as fully paid upon receipt of final payment and emailed confirmation and meeting instructions information by the Access Heritage Tours system. Charges will appear on credit card statements as Access History Web Company Limited

The person paying for the tour/package does not have to be one of the traveling participants. However, it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that any credit card being used for the transaction is not being used in a fraudulent way.  A charge back fee of $50.00 Cdn will apply for each disputed charge or for insufficient funds on checks.   

Change Fees for Package Tours

Changes may be made online or by Contacting Us, subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier who provides the services. Please insure that you read the terms and agree to them during the reservation process by checking the box. There are no change fees when changes are made online and accepted by the Access Heritage Tours Ltd. system.

Cancellation Policy for Package Tours

Payments are fully refundable for online cancellations made and accepted on the Access Heritage Tours system subject to the cancellation policy of the tour partner who supplies a specific service for the tour booked. This information should be reviewed during the reservation process. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings. Passengers who fail to join the tour will not receive a refund.

Refund Policy

Access Heritage Tours reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour in its reasonable discretion in response to insufficient sales. If Access Heritage Tours (Access History Web Company Limited) cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to Access History Web Company Limited If an operator for Access Heritage Tours cancels a portion of a tour due to weather or other reasons beyond the control of Access Heritage Tours or other vendors, or if a participant decides, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of the tour, Access Heritage Tours will not be required to make any refunds. For other partial cancellations by Access Heritage Tours Ltd. or its suppliers, you will receive a refund for the value of the cancelled portion, with value to be determined by Access Heritage Tours in a fair and equitable manner. Refunds are processed by the main office of Access Heritage Tours. All refunds will be made to you the purchaser and processed on the original form of payment.

Special Requirements

We seek, to the extent feasible, to accommodate the needs of participants with disabilities so that they are able to enjoy our tours. Service animals are permitted to accompany passengers if prior arrangements have been made at time of booking. Other animals are at the discretion of the service supplier. Although Access Heritage Tours endeavours to make sure that other persons or companies providing services or portions of the tour satisfy their obligations under applicable law, Access heritage Tours cannot guarantee that all of those services or portions will be fully accessible to those participants with disabilities. It is essential that we be notified of any special medical, physical or other requirements your clients may have at the time of booking.

Increase in Fares, Port Charges, Taxes and Changes in Tour Content

Prices quoted are subject to increase should cost factors dictate the need; Access Heritage Tours may do so at any time. If a governmental authority or vendor increases fees or taxes, Access Heritage Tours reserves the right to pass on those increases. Access Heritage Tours reserves the right to alter the tours listed on this web site or substitute a tour or component of a tour with a tour or component of comparable value (including hotels of a similar category).

Baggage & Valuables Policy

Two pieces of stored luggage per person are allowed on transfers. Select sightseeing tours do not have baggage storage. During your travel, you should not leave money, jewellery or other valuables left lying in hotels, on buses, or elsewhere. Access Heritage Tours does not assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to perishable items, medicine, liquor, cash, gold, silver, jewellery, film, videotape, video equipment, binoculars, computers, computer equipment, cameras, or similar valuables, securities, financial instruments, or other valuable documents. Access Heritage Tours is also not responsible for any carry-on baggage left unattended on buses or on other modes of transportation or in hotels.

Immigration and Customs

All United States and Canadian citizens are required to have in their possession a valid passport and one of the following as proof of citizenship; photo ID and a recently expired passport; a birth certificate, original or a certified copy and photo ID; a U.S. naturalization certificate and photo ID. Citizens of other countries must carry a valid passports and any necessary entry/re-entry Visas. If you have been convicted of a felony, you will not be permitted to enter Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States or other travel destinatons.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in Access Heritage Tours tour pricing.  Should you choose to provide a gratuity to someone who has provided you with exceptional service please do so.
